Our shared rooms offer many different solutions: four, five, six and nine bed dorms so that we can satisfy all the needs of our guests, from the families, to the small groups or to the single travelers looking for a budget solution. We tried to avoid the bunk beds as much as possible, in fact we mostly have single beds.

Then we have 6 double rooms with queen size bed, private bathroom with shower, heating and air conditioning for the upper floors, and 4 private rooms with two or three single beds.

All the rooms have the heating and a wide window; thanks to the big tuff walls, the building is fresh also in the summer, anyway we have an aerial circuit for the common rooms and the air conditioning for the private ones of the last floor. Every guest has one or two private lockers with their own key and a small fan over the bed. Each bed has a reading lamp next to it and during the night in the common rooms there is an illumination system by which the floor is lightly illuminated so that the guest won’t need to turn on the lights and the other room mates can continue sleeping quietly!
